Thank you for supporting Perchance to Dream Art. Each order is prepared with care, and this Shipping Policy explains how your items are processed and delivered.


1. Processing Times

Because many of our items are handmade or printed in small batches:

  • Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days
  • Original paintings or custom-prepared items may require additional time
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
  •  Processing times may vary during holidays or high‑volume periods.


2. Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location
  • Package size and weight
  • Selected shipping method

We currently ship within Canada. Additional regions may be added in the future.


3. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. Once your order has shipped, transit times are outside our control. Please note:

  • Delays may occur due to weather, postal volume, or carrier issues
  • Tracking information will be provided when available


4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery)
  • Include photos if the item is damaged

We will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.


5. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel delighted with your purchase. Because our products are handmade, printed in small batches, or one‑of‑a‑kind originals, all sales are final.


However, we understand that issues can happen, and we’re here to help.


1. Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Greeting cards
  • Art prints
  • Original paintings
  • Sale or discounted items

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will review the situation and may offer:

  • A replacement (if available)
  • Store credit
  • Another reasonable solution

3. Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out. While we cannot guarantee replacements for lost items, we will do our best to assist you.


4. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need assistance, contact us as soon as possible and we will do what we can.
